These are reasonable, cheap headphones that are ideal for running outdoors. The Hook is for those of us, and why not completely useful for in-ear earphones sweat, you can still hear what's going on around you. As such, they are useless for sound insulation and sound quality is not great. The only problem I have is that I really had a broken wire near the plug after six months of daily use, but this is more a reflection on the lack of attention, not the product. But tenDollars a pop, I can afford to keep a few spare sets per order.
